"It was so hard to finish this book knowing it was the end of the series. The last book was everything this amazing series deserved and was really an homage to the heartbreakingly complicated relationship between Will Henry and the Doctor. This book is probably the deepest of the three, and while it slows down at times to an almost meditative hum, it is sooooo worth it so see these characters revealed to us in their truest forms. Vale! Will Henry and Dr. Warthrop I will sincerely miss you with all my heart."

" The best one yet! Rick Yancey has a unique way of using his stories as analogies for different aspects of mankind and he's not afraid to paint a not so pretty picture. But there's always room for redemption. I like that. "
