Nicki Rubin
earned her MBA from Morehead State University before joining one of the “Big 6”
accounting firms, Arthur Andersen, as a CPA. She left Arthur Andersen when she
and her husband Jordan started Garden of Life, where she now manages bookkeeping and is a stay-at-home mom.
