When Torcher is kidnapped, Daniel and Beatrice are convinced that Dragonsbane is behind it, and, with the help of the Guardian Dragon’s apprentice—an adolescent half-European, half-frost dragon named Erasmus—they race to bring Torcher home before it’s too late.

" Although I ended up not being at all excited about this series. The third book was the best out of the trilogy. I also liked integration of the different types of dinosaurs, which wasn't as prominent in the first two books. "
