About Kate Hamer
Kate Hamer is a Sunday Times bestseller whose first novel The Girl in the Red Coat has been translated into 16 different languages. Kate won the Rhys Davies short story prize and has short stories published in a number of anthologies. She’s written articles and reviews for The Independent, The Sunday Mail, and The New York Times. Kate grew up in rural Wales and now lives with her husband in Cardiff, UK. Her second book is The Doll Funeral.
About the Narrators
Shaun Grindell, actor and Earphones Award–winning narrator, was born and raised in Southampton, England. His training includes the Calland School of Speech and Drama and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in London. He has been seen on stage in London and Las Vegas.
Emma Powell is a London-based actor and voice artist that has performed for some of the world’s most renowned theater companies including Royal Shakespeare Company, Almeida, and The National Theatre, voiced characters for BBC radio dramas, as well as countless audio books, games and ads.
