Publisher Description

Best-selling author Katherine Valentine delivers the compelling finale to an endearing series set in the close-knit Connecticut town of Dorsetville. Featuring a shocking mystery, an unlikely romance, and barrels of wholesome fun, this inspiring tale offers conflicted characters a fresh start. With the Lichfield County Fair just around the corner, Dorsetville is a beehive of activity. But is there still time for faith and compassion to help a failing carnival, an aged debutante, and a disillusioned teen?

"This was my favorite of Valentine's series. It comes the closest to being a Catholic Mitford (Jan Karon) or Thrush Green (Miss Read), as I originally hoped these books would be. John MacDonough's narration adds to the charm, since he narrated Jan Karon's series."

" For me this books beginning was slow, I had to force myself to read it. That being said, by the time I got to the end I had decided I WAS going to read anything else Katherine Valentine had written. Looking forward to another one of her stories. "
