About the Authors

Bob Andelman is the author or coauthor of more than a dozen biographical, business, management, self-help, and sports books. He has been a regular correspondent for Businessweek, Newsweek, and the St. Petersburg Times at different times in his career. Since February 2007 he has also produced and hosted the extremely popular Mr. Media online TV/radio interview show.

Jack Groppel, PhD, is an internationally known speaker and business consultant. A pioneer in the development and employment of sports science training techniques and programs, he holds a doctorate in physiology with a specialty in performance. He is a partner in LGE Performance Systems.
