Publisher Description

In the wild, untamed Pictish Wilderness, Conan the Barbarian stumbles upon a forbidden cave of treasure, guarded by the ancient dead and a curse far worse than gold can buy. Nearby, the sinister Count Valenso hides in his coastal fortress, haunted by a demonic force he once unleashed—The Black Stranger. When ruthless pirates arrive, drawn by rumors of a legendary treasure, alliances are forged in treachery, and the battle for survival begins. Conan must outwit not only the treacherous pirates and savage Picts but also a vengeful demon lurking in the shadows. The fight for life, loot, and freedom collides in this gripping tale of dark sorcery and brutal action.
