About the Authors
Paul G. Stoltz, PhD, is the president and CEO of PEAK Learning, Inc., a corporate consulting firm based in California. A leading expert on human and organization performance, he was selected to join management guru Tom Peters as a featured presenter for PBS’s Leading Edge series. He is a member of the Institute of Management Studies, along with Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey, Michael Porter, and Peter Senge.
Erik Weihenmayer is a world-class athlete: an acrobatic skydiver, long-distance biker, marathon runner, skier, mountaineer, ice climber, and rock climber. In 2008 he became the first blind person to climb the world’s Seven Summits, including Mount Everest. He is the author of Touch the Top of the World and The Adversity Advantage. He is a co-founder of No Barriers USA, which helps those with special challenges to live active and purposeful lives.
