Passion this hot can’t be faked.

All revved up for bright lights and steamy nights, writer Veronica Chandler chased her dreams to New York City. When she hit a dead end, reality sent her back home to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Saving her pride and her new gig—writing a relationship advice column!—requires some faking. No one can know the truth about her big-city flop or her nonexistent sex life. But the town’s irresistibly rugged librarian is determined to figure her out … and give her hands-on lessons in every wicked thing she wants to know.

Gabe MacKenzie’s heart might be in Wyoming, but secretly his future’s tied up in his family’s Manhattan legacy. Getting down and dirty with Veronica is supposed to give him a few memorable nights—not complicate his plans. But the thing about heat this scorching is there’s just no going back … and it might be too hot for either of them to take.

Quotes & Awards

  • “The third installment in Dahl’s delightfully steamy and unique Girls’ Night Out series is a surefire treat from start to finish. Her small-town setting is delightful, but it’s the chemistry between this quirky, surprising, wonderfully sympathetic lead couple that is sure to win readers’ attention. Dahl isn’t afraid to show her characters’ weaknesses and dark moments, primarily because she has provided them the strength and confidence to overcome them. When two such complex, fiery personalities come together, the results are truly incendiary! Though this whole series is a treat, this book is a stand-alone success that’s not to be missed.”

RT Book Reviews (4 ½ stars)

Steamy romance evolves into a strong relationship as they scale a mountain of family conflicts and share secrets against a majestic Jackson Hole backdrop.”

About the Author
Author Victoria Dahl

Victoria Helen Stone is the nom de plume for USA Today bestselling author Victoria Dahl. After publishing more than twenty-five novels, she is now taking a turn toward the darker side of genre fiction. Born and educated in the Midwest, she finished her first manuscript just after college. In 2016, the American Library Association awarded her the prestigious Reading List Award for outstanding genre fiction. Having escaped the plains of her youth, she now resides with her family in a small town high in the Rocky Mountains, where she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and not skiing (too dangerous).
