"This is one of those books I ask the leaders I work with to read with me. It's a very convicting and practical call to examine our character and our measurements for what makes a successful leader. It's insightful and approachable. This isn't a how-to on leadership, but it's also more personally practical and concrete than a book on philosophies of leadership and ministry. Almost everyone I've asked to read it with me has found it to be helpful."
