It started with the sighting of a veterinarian’s ambulance, its caged rear crammed with helpless human beings-all victims of Manhattan’s newest monster, the Wreck! The Rule of the Monster Men had begun. Creating an army of human cripples, the Wreck begins a looting spree that reaches from Park Avenue to the New York World’s Fair of 1939.
