New York Times best-selling author Teresa Medeiros is a two-time recipient of the Waldenbooks Award for best-selling fiction. In Some Like It Wild, Medeiros weaves the intoxicating tale of beguiling Pamela Darby, who is scheming to collect a healthy sum of money-if only she can charm somebody into accompanying her to London and posing as a duke's long-lost heir. When a highwayman holds up her carriage, Pamela thinks she may have found her mark-but as any vixen should be warned, there's many a slip twixt a cup and a lip.

"Not quite as fairy-taley as many of her other books, and at points it got frustrating when main characters kept missing obvious cues toward their obvious feelings. Still, she's a wonderful writer, with an excellent turn of phrase, making it a little closer to romance literature, instead of fun trash."

“Wonderfully and wickedly humorous and touching, Medeiros’ sequel to Some Like It Wicked is akin to a banquet filled with luscious and decadent treats that have you longing for more. Storyteller extraordinaire Medeiros creates tales to touch every part of your heart, and this is no exception.”
— RT Book Reviews“Well-matched, beautifully antagonistic protagonists keep things sizzling in a superbly plotted story laced with just enough mystery and danger to keep readers on edge.”
— Library Journal" This was cute... I was actually surprised at the humor. Though TM does include a bit in each book. I love the scene near the end at the ball. I am waiting for the 2nd one from my library, looking forward to reading it. "
— AzuresHeart, 2/15/2014" Catriona is a girl who knows what she wants "
— Alisa, 2/14/2014" As my first historical romance I liked it and thought it was pretty good. I got lost with some of the characters sometimes but as an overall it kept me interested. I'm debating on reading Some Like it Wild, I'm very interested in Connor's story, so most likely I'll be reading his soon. "
— Destynee, 2/13/2014" Unfortunately, for all the promise of the title, the wickedness is pretty tame. Impulsive miss liberates a rogue from jail (he's got a mountain of unpaid debts) in exchange for helping her travel to her family's former home in Scotland. The mIss is witty, clever, and naive. The rogue is troubled, snarky, but ultimately noble. There are some nice moments where the pair connect, but on a whole I was much more interested in the heroine's relationship with her family - her uncle in particular - than in her romance and heritage quest. "
— Sarah, 2/8/2014" Really a very good story. Enough that I'm going to keep it but not so great that I would have paid anymore than the $2 that I did spend on it. I probably wouldn't have even bought it had I not already owned it but will probably read it again in the distant future. "
— Luvmyfamily, 1/27/2014" Loved this book. Funny and sexy. "
— â¤Summer, 1/14/2014" total lack of conflict despite lots of potential conflict. Random characters doing stuff out of character to forward a stupid plot that isn't really very plottish. "
— Ashleighloveland, 1/3/2014" this book was hilarious from beginning to end. this author is quickly becoming my favorite. "
— Anna, 1/1/2014" Took me a while to like Teresa Medeiros books; not sure why. She does weave an interesting tale. "
— Georgia, 12/7/2013" The novel started out interesting but unfortunately I started to loose interest as it went along and never picked it back up. "
— Summer, 11/30/2013" Over all, silly and far-fetched, but entertaining nonetheless, and that's al that really matters. "
— Jessica, 11/9/2013" Fiery Scots Catriona offrs deal 2 hr chldhd hero & notorius rake Simon 2 marry hr 4 hr $, escort 2 Sotlnd, annlmnt... then he falls in lv "
— Susan, 5/25/2013" Overall, I really liked this story. From the humor, to the characters, to the little twists, Medeiros creates a great story. I would recommend this book to fans of historical romance, and can't wait to read the next book, "Some Like it Wild". "
— K, 4/6/2013" Fun and sweet and a little sexy. "
— Kristine, 10/11/2012" good---I read this in one sitting "
— Jenny, 3/26/2012" I loved this one as much as SOME LIKE IT WILD, maybe even more so. "
— Kathie, 3/20/2012" I would never though I would cry so much after going through halfway of this book and that's after the protagonist trying his best to flick off his interest towards his wife. "
— Ummu, 3/17/2012" How am I supposed to believe that Catriona has had a tendre for the scoundrel Simon. He sounds like a horrible person (on all accounts) and she is somehow crushed when he finds her secret box of clippings about him and burns them? The premise of this book was just too unbelievable. "
— Jennifer, 2/8/2012" I loved this one as much as SOME LIKE IT WILD, maybe even more so.

"
