Stone Barrington and Holly Barker pursue a master spy and murderer in a tropical paradise in this thriller in the #1 New York Times bestselling series that gets hotter by the minute… Rogue agent Teddy Fay has been considered dead for some time now. But President Will Lee thinks Teddy may still be alive. In a top-secret Oval Office meeting, Stone Barrington learns that he and his cohorts, Holly Barker and Dino Bacchetti, are being sent to the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Marks, courtesy of the CIA, to track down Teddy once and for all. St. Marks is a vacationers’ paradise, but its luxurious beach clubs and secluded mountain villas are home to corrupt local politicians and more than a few American expats with murky personal histories. Stone and Holly soon discover that in St. Marks, everyone is hiding something—and that Teddy Fay may just be hiding in plain sight.

"This is my third book I am reading of this series. I just realized that there are quite a few of them with Holly and Stone...so I think I am going to have to go out and buy book 1 and start from the beginning. These are good stories and not too many pages, so I can read them quickly."
— Leah (4 out of 5 stars)
" Stone Barrington is my favorite character but this book was definately nothing in comparision to the earlier books in this series. "
— Debbie, 2/14/2014" Oh, what the heck, Stuart Woods is my guilty pleasure. I like the Stone Barrington books and this was a fun one. Liked the setting and did NOT guess the ending. "
— Granny, 2/9/2014" Stone Barrington is always good - this one was a little hard to follow at first - too many characters and too much international intrigue - but it became clearer over time (and pages). "
— Tami, 2/6/2014" I did not think I would finish listening to this CD at the beginning, but it grew on me. It is slow but interesting. Characters are shallow but the story is good. I will read other Stone Barrington books. "
— Sheryl, 2/3/2014" Quick decent read, but dumb ending. "
— Dulcie, 1/31/2014" It almost made it to four stars, but the author left some loose ends. "
— Gabriella, 1/29/2014" Not my favorite Stone Barrington book but it wasn't bad. Any book starring him is entertaining "
— Susan, 1/27/2014" Usually I can whip through a Stone Barrington/Holly Baker novel by Woods. But this one just didn't hold my attention. Maybe because I don't care for the reoccurring character of Teddy Fay. Maybe it is time for a new character. "
— Ginny, 1/13/2014" A Stone Barrington/Holly Barker collaboration in finding Holly's nemesis Teddy Faye. "
— Katy, 12/28/2013" Stuart and Holly are after a master of changing appearances. "
— Vicky, 12/19/2013" I love Stone! "
