Burned by a failed marriage, former FBI agent Marc Rossi wants back in the investigation game with no emotional strings attached. Taking an assignment for his enterprising Angelino cousins, he heads to Northern Ireland to pry a key piece of evidence from a missing socialite any way he can. But when the ice queen turns out to be warm, beautiful, and on a secret mission of her own, the job becomes a passionate reminder of what happens when duty and desire mix. The daughter of an infamous fugitive, Devyn Sterling has survived betrayal only to find that her mother has mysteriously disappeared. When her search uncovers secrets, lies, and threats, Devyn and Marc must trust each other when every instinct says they can't . . . and a terrorist wants to make sure they won't live to try.

"I'm rating this a very strong 4.5 out of 5. The writing was superb, easy to visualize events unfolding, the characters believable and very well matched, the storyline topic believable (IRA (Irish Republin Army), toxic warfare, deep cover), gritty, suspenseful and a real page turner. The romance was smokin hot too. What would have given this a very strong 5 out of 5 was the lack of fluidity from one particular scene where the readers emotions were drawn so deep expecting a great reunion yet it was twisted in that section of the story where you felt the author had a change of thought towards where she wanted this particular character to go and just plunked it in at that spot. It wasn't written smoothly in that part. KEEP READING!!! The story before that section was fantastic and hot but what comes afterwards is blazing. Loved this book and Roxanne is being added to my list of favorite authors."

" Just finished Devyn and Marc's story in this fantastic second book in St. Claire's "Guardian Angelinos" series. I'm really enjoying this series and I love the Angelinos family! Can't wait for #3 "Face of Danger" with Vivi and Colton. Who can ignore a skateboarding female PI???? "

" 4.5 stars! This was definitely enjoyable. Lots of suspense and mystery. I liked Devyn as a character, but something bugged me about her. Not sure what it was. Definitely liked Marc - he was yummy!! LOL I can't wait for the next book to be released. I'm hoping Vivi meets her match with Mr. FBI-guy. "

" You can't get any better than a Ms St Claire suspense! This is book 2 in the series and is even better than book one. Heroine is strong, but damaged. Hero is stunning, what can I say, he's a Angelino! Great Book! GREAT series! "
