"Kathryn Casey did a fabulous job on this book as usual. Celeste Beard was another gold digging, self centered, creature. Steve Beard gave her everything she wanted. He went overboard to be good to her. All she thought about was herself and she didn't care who she hurt to get it."

" Chilling tale of a sociopathic wife. Celeste had her girlfriend kill her husband, and to this day, Celeste is unable to admit she did it. I really feel for Celeste's daughters and hope they have been able to move beyond their birth father's death and Steve Beard's death. "

" You can't get much more narcissistic than this gal. What makes you wonder is how so many people were gullible to her ways. It's a good read and so many questions about mental health of her and her now grown daughters. "

" My true crime fix for the week. I saw a documentary on this case but only a book could do it justice, this is one of the most evil murderers I've ever heard of and I'm glad she's locked up. Well-written and researched. "
