Determined to figure out how to match marketing messages to people's personality types to ensure that every piece of communication spoke specifically to the intended recipient to maximize impact and conversion, he was led to Dr. Tony Alessandra, one of America's foremost experts in applied human behavior. They began to look for ways of combining the new technology with Alessandra's proven psychology.
