Baltimore Blaze tight end Brody Janik is a natural-born football star-his record-breaking athletic performance and his cover-boy good looks have turned him into a household name. But Brody is hiding a health condition that may cut his career short. PhD candidate Shannon "Shay" Everett works multiple jobs to put herself through school-including an unpaid internship with the Blaze training department. Strapped for cash, Shay answers the call of an NFL gossip blogger to uncover personal details about the Blaze players. Sneaking into the locker room one night, she gets entangled in Brody's secret . . . and swept up by his charm. He decides to keep her close-perhaps closer than either of them originally intended. About the Author

Tracy Solheim began her writing career as a teenager when she penned a column in her town’s local newspaper. From there, she moved on to work for NBC Sports and then to writing reports and testimony for Congress. Today, Tracy is the author of bestselling contemporary romance novels featuring hot football players and the women who love them. She lives in Georgia with her husband, two nearly adult children, and a pony named after a monkey.

About the Narrator

Charles Constant has been a storyteller from a very young age; just ask the grammar school teachers who had the misfortune to try to collect homework from him. His professional storytelling career began at the age of thirteen, when he became an Actor’s Equity Association apprentice and had the opportunity to work with “old-timers” such as John Carradine and Richard Chamberlain, after which his path in life seemed clear. After training in Chicago and London, Charles has gone on to appear onstage in theaters across the country. Now living in Los Angeles, he can occasionally be seen on television and in film.
