About the Authors
Gene Stone is an author, a journalist, an editor of books, magazines, and newspapers. He has written, co-written, or ghostwritten more than forty-five books, including New York Times bestsellers. Pete Paxton (a pseudonym to protect his identity) is nationally recognized as the leading undercover investigator and rescuer of dogs in peril.
