Randy Ross has over twenty years of ministry and leadership experience as a former youth pastor and associate pastor. He has taught seminars and workshops on many topics for teens to adults in over four hundred churches from the Midwest to the West Coast. The diversity of Randy’s interests and expertise shine in his former stints as a popular rock radio deejay, jazz musician, and a decade working at an independent bookstore in Des Moines, Iowa. He holds a BA in Communications and Philosophy from Northwestern College. Randy serves on the board of directors for SLO Nightwriters, the premiere writing organization on the Central Coast. When he is not writing or listening to music, Randy is a marketing specialist for the Parable Group, where he connects faith-based publishers to Christian consumers. Randy leads a wonderfully crazy life with his wife, teenager, and two toddlers.
