Publisher Description

Lies, threats, intimidation—these are the global warming alarmists' weapons, and they're only getting worse under President Barack Obama.

From the author of the New York Times bestselling Politically Incorrect Guide to Global Warming (and Environmentalism) comes Red Hot Lies, an expos├® of the hypocrisy, deceit, and outright lies of the global warming alarmists and the compliant media that supports them.

Did you know that most scientists are global-warming skeptics? Or that environmental alarmists have knowingly promoted false and exaggerated data on global warming? Or that in the Left's efforts to suppress free speech (and scientific research), they have compared global warming dissent with "treason"? Shocking, frank, and illuminating, Chris Horner's Red Hot Lies explodes as many myths as Al Gore tries to promote.

"Debunking the popular myth that global warming is settled science. Chris Horner is my favorite "climate criminal." "

Quotes

  • “Written soberly, thoughtfully, yet even with an occasional appealing dash of wit, Mr. Horner’s book nonetheless will send a serious chill down most readers’ spines.”

    — Human Events
  • “It is Horner’s great merit to have called our attention to a real danger—not global warming, but the measures that global-warming alarmists wish to inflict on us.”

    — The Mises Review
  • “Shocking, frank, and illuminating, Red Hot Lies explodes as many myths as Al Gore promotes.”

    — Conservative Book Club
  • “If I had to choose one global warming skeptic to go mano-a-mano against the best of the alarmists in a winner-take-all, rumble-in-the-jungle debate to the death to settle the climate controversy once and for all, my pick would be Chris Horner. Red Hot Lies shows why. Horner’s astonishing depth and breadth of knowledge is crisp and cleverly articulated and packs amazing punch. It’s no wonder the alarmists fear him.”
