"A fascinating and meticulously researched and scientifically documented analysis. The incredible similarities among people's experiences, across cultures, demographics, and age groups speaks to a spiritually unifying source of humanity that transcends our earthly perceptions, and also clarifies our reason for being on Earth while we do live."

" This book is a scientific study of "out of body" and "near death experiences" It's a fascinating read. It just confirms what I already believe. "

" Compelling but extraordinarily heavy (spiritually). I had to read this in small doses which tells me that the subject matter - and the way it's conveyed - is quite extraordinary. "

" Fascinating! It was actually a good wrap-up of experiences I had read of before, but it presented factually based upon hundreds of experiences of individuals who had died briefly and come back. The authors say that these studies reveal proof of life after death, and although I was already a believer, it was inspiring to me. They give five compelling "truths" backed up by accounts that make a very good case for their arguments. I would definitely recommend this if you are interested in this subject. "

" This is an interesting book, but the reports are all happy and comforting. What about negative near-death experiences? "

" Interesting - the results of a study of near death experiences using scientific methods. Hmmm - makes one think. Which is suppose is the purpose. "

" This is probably my favorite book on the Afterlife! It's awesome. Anyone grieving the loss of a loved one or fearful of the prospect of dying should read this. It's awesome! I can't keep it on my bookshelf--I keep lending it. Everyone needs to read it! "

" This book looks at the studies done by the author and his team into Near Death Experiences. Its a semi-technical book about the studies, so be prepared for the format, but still easy to read and full of antidotes. I found it fascinating and intriguing, well worth a read. "

" Very interesting subject, but too much data for me. I would have liked more actual experiences than statistics, but I understand why the author took that approach. "
