About Monica Heisey
Monica Heisey is a comedian and writer from Toronto, Canada. She has been published in the New Yorker, New York Times, Vogue, Elle, the London Guardian, Glamour, New York magazine, and Vice, among others. She has written for television shows like Schitt’s Creek, Workin’ Moms, the Baroness von Sketch Show, and more. This is her first novel.
About the Narrators
Julia Whelan is a novelist, screenwriter, lifelong actor, and multiple award-winning audiobook narrator. She graduated with a degree in English and creative writing from Middlebury College and Oxford University. She is a former child actor who has appeared in multiple films and television shows.
Ann Marie Gideon, an Earphones Award-winning narrator, is a professional actress based in Atlanta. She received a BFA in theater performance from the University of Memphis and trained at the Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy. Throughout her college career, she gained professional experience by performing at Playhouse on the Square. Soon after, she toured across the country with the National Players and then landed in Atlanta, Georgia, with Georgia Shakespeare. She is now expanding her career into voice-over work, film, and television.
