Publisher Description

No one knows what happened the night Echo Emerson went from popular girl with jock boyfriend to gossiped-about outsider with freaky scars on her arms. Even Echo can't remember the whole truth of that horrible night. All she knows is that she wants everything to go back to normal.

But when Noah Hutchins, the smoking-hot, girl-using loner in the black leather jacket, explodes into her life with his tough attitude and surprising understanding, Echo's world shifts in ways she could never have imagined. They should have nothing in common. And with the secrets they both keep, being together is pretty much impossible.

Yet the crazy attraction between them refuses to go away. And Echo has to ask herself just how far they can push the limits and what she'll risk for the one guy who might teach her how to love again.

"This was the best book I've read in a very long time! I am impressed with everything about this book. My favorite quote: "The worst type of crying wasn't the kind everyone could see. No, the worst kind happened when your soul wept and no matter what you did, there was no way to comfort it. A section withered and became a scar on the part of your soul that survived. For people like me and Echo, our souls contained more scar tissue than life." Oh my gosh, that about sums up this book! I highly recommend it!"

" This book took me forever to read, but I loved it. While it was predictable, it was such a cute read. This book now has me yearning for a guy that doesn't exist (Noah Hutchins), because seriously - Noah is the perfect guy a girl could ask for. What a lovely book. "

" I have to say that it kind of stressed me at first, it's a little bit slow but then I fall in love. I loved the characters and how they overcome things. The book showed how much two teenagers can grow up. It broke my heart so many times but the final was unexpected and beautiful. It's definitely worth reading. "

" I love how Echo and Noah become reliable to one another despite what happened in their lives :') definitely a must read book! But I just wish that the author will right a sequel to this one since you'll want more of Echo and Noah :') If you love The Sea of Tranquility you will love this book :))) "

" at first i thought this book'd tell only how the love life between Noah and Echo works. but i'm more totally wrong. This book tells about how both of them get through the madness in their selves. i cried a lot reading this book, esp when it's about Noah struggling to get his brothers back "

" 3.5 it was a really good book. I feel like a good portion of the middle could have been trimmed out though. There were chapters on end of angst with now real development from the characters or the plot. "
