"Good book. The plot of the book deviates from the original novel but I enjoyed both. I read this book also to my two oldest boys (5 & now 7). As with the other Narnia books this created wonderful discussions about following God and doing what is right."

" It's great. I appreciate these more and more, which proves that I am maturing. "
— Michael, 2/18/2014" An enjoyable read but very predictable. "
— Stan, 2/15/2014" it was a great book!! i lisined to it on tape and it was very enjoyible!! i loved this book and i think you should try it and also try it on tape. try it and i hope you love it like i did. "
— Meg, 2/9/2014" I did not enjoy this Narnia tale nearly as much as the rest so far. I am rereading them after MANY years. Prince Caspian seems too pieced together or rather not very well connected. Too much background and not enough story? At any rate, not as engaging for me. "
— Karin, 2/7/2014" still...amazed... "
— Ria, 2/1/2014" not quite as fun as some of the others, but still a keeper "
— Bekka, 1/28/2014" Well I don't have much to say for that book, but It really ended suddenly. Many small good lessons inside. "
— Ragy, 1/23/2014" No, dammit, it's book 2. "
— Marisa, 1/23/2014" It is a good movie but the book is very slow. "
— AnaIsabel, 1/13/2014" A decent book, but the departure from light hearted and happy endings into complex emotional endings is a little odd considering it's a children's series. Though maybe kids were more serious back then. Good read overall, but not astounding. "
— Alexandra, 1/3/2014" I liked the part where they are in the train station and then they go into Narnia somehow, and they don't know where they are until they see Cair Paravel. "
— Jacob, 11/24/2013" I have such a terrible memory. I've seen the movie, but nothing in the book seemed familiar. I guess I get to watch the movie again now. We listened to this on our trip to Boise. "
— Lauri, 6/17/2013" It was only ok if you ask me. The only reason I read it was to get to the last book (The Last Battle). Feel free to skip it if you know enough areadly about what happens. "
— C9G7, 2/2/2013" great :) liked it very much! :) 2nd best favorite of the saga so far;) "
— Irina, 12/21/2012" I loved all the other books. But not this one as much. I just found it harder to read, it was a little boring for me. But overall a great adventure. "
— Makhenna, 10/20/2012" I have read these books aloud several times as my kids were growing up, and now I'm reading then again to my wife. They get better with each read. "
— Gregory, 8/30/2012" I also read this a week or so ago. We've still got to watch the movie. Maybe Friday night... "
— Jason, 8/15/2012" It was a very good story plot, though I was quite shocked that the enemies were actually real humans. "
— Jolice, 7/8/2012" Thoroughly enjoyed, though it seems to be a slow beginning with a fast-pace conclusion. "
— Walt, 3/2/2012" i read this book after the movie came out......sounds a little wierd i know but i wanted to know more about the prince may be because my favourite actor ben barnes played the role!!! "
— Zara, 2/17/2012" This isn't one of my favorites in the series so far but I'm still on to the next one. "
— Sarah, 2/5/2012" Really good, the latest movie did a good job, though of course the book has much more details. "
— Kaelyn, 1/6/2012" Starts a little slow, but the kids and I got into it. A big climax. Bigger than the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. "
— Alex, 12/11/2011" I am really enjoying my visits to Narnia as an adult. The stories and characters are compelling and fun. Perfect for summer reading. I haven't seen the Prince Caspian movie but I think I should just for comparison. "
— Anne, 6/30/2011" When people ask me what books have inspired me or which author first gave me the want to read and become a writer it has always been C.S Lewis.

Putting aside religious views or thoughts it is just a great piece of work. "
— Danielle, 6/29/2011" Something to read for 2 year olds. U can try to read into it- but really, u cant go deeper than a kids swimming pool with it and it gets EXTREMELY tedious by the 2nd book! But dont get me wrong - i am a 1# fan of NANIA MOVIES. Emphasis on MOVIES "
— Cla, 6/28/2011" An amazing classic. Though almost everyone I know has read them in a different order, the sequence doesn't impact the book much. It's well written and involving. "
— Ambra, 6/28/2011" I personally loved "The Magician's Nephew" & "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" but all are excellent also. "
— Michelle, 6/28/2011" Loved these books as a kid - Love them as an adult! "
— Jill, 6/28/2011" A Horse and His Boy was my favorite. "
— Leann, 6/28/2011" I believe in publication order, none of this namby-pamby Magician's Nephew first nonsense. "
— Rebecca, 6/27/2011" The Chronicles of Narnia Boxset by C.S.Lewis are the best fantasy series ever written. The story is great for children and still interesting for older readers. Full of imagination, wonderful plot and so magical! Trully recommended!
-Yulya Roesdy- "
— Yulya, 6/27/2011" This was a good and addictive book "
— Zohaib, 6/26/2011" While the Christian symbolism becomes stronger in each subsequent volume it is still a well told story.

"
— Devi, 6/24/2011" Adventure-good morals (whether religious or not), and all around good fun for the dreamers that children are. I loved it, and can't wait to reread it again sometime! "
— Morgandalf, 6/24/2011" These are my most favorite books of all time. I love how C.S. Lewis relates our journey though life and our relationship with the Savior in this story. C.S. Lewis is my very favorite author. "

— Chris, 6/22/2011" A great series for any one who likes reading fiction "
