About the Authors
Tom Connor is a journalist, business writer, author, and book producer. He attended and failed or was thrown out of Our Lady of Suspicious Conception School, Thomas More School, and Harvard. As a journalist, his work has appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Town & Country, and Writer’s Digest, among other publications. He currently writes custom business content for Fortune, Forbes, and Bloomberg BusinessWeek. With long-time friend and collaborator Jim Downey, he is the coauthor and producer of half a dozen parodies.
Jim Downey is a copywriter, journalist, and author. He has written and produced award-winning human interest pieces for NPR as well as skit-comedy pieces for Comedy Central television. He is the coauthor with Tom Connor of the national bestselling parodies Is Martha Stuart Living? and Martha Stuart’s Better Than You at Entertaining, amongst others.
About the Narrators
John Glouchevitch is an audiobook narrator and voice talent. He began honing his craft as a voice-over artist at age three, when, to the dismay of his parents, he began to imitate the accents of their British family friends. Over the ensuing years he studied as an actor, improviser, and writer, eventually graduating with a BA in theater and English from Middlebury College in Vermont.
Christine Lakin is an Earphones Award–winning narrator and acclaimed television actress, best known for her roles as Alicia “Al” Lambert on the hit family comedy Step by Step and as Joan of Arc on Showtime’s Reefer Madness.
