“If you’re a fan of gritty cop novels [try] Precinct: Siberia. In the first novel of the series, Philbin forged the Bronx’s 53rd Precinct—a dumping ground where the NYPD sends losers, misfits, and problem cops—the toughest beat in America’s toughest city known as Precinct: Siberia. Everyone I’ve ever referred the series to says the same thing: ‘Hey, these things are really good.’”
— John Shepphird, Shamus Award–winning author
“Narrator P.J. Ochlan portrays the characters broadly—slowing the delivery of the low-IQ police officer Arnold Gertz and vamping the voice of Officer Barbara Babalino—all of which give this audiobook a graphic-novel touch.”
