"This book started out a bit slow and so jam packed with world building that I was left spinning in circles. New species were introduced in every paragraph and it got a little frustrating but eventually everything seemed to fall into place beautifully. This book epitomizes everything I love about the PnR genre and I'm sooo excited for Shade's story. His method of breaking up with a girl...get caught in a twosome! LOL I can't wait to see where it all goes. Also I hear Gem and Kynan are going to be interwoven in the upcoming books which is great news. The chemistry between these two was off the charts. Overall, I loved all the characters and the plot line was solid. A great read through and through."
