EXPLORE AND AFFIRM YOUR WILLINGNESS TO OPEN SPIRITUALLYTo open spiritually is a matter of rising above negativity and viewing the world with unconditional love. It is that simple, and although it's simple, that doesn't mean it's easy. This powerful two-part meditation program will move you toward this transcendent level of awareness so few are totally capable of achieving.In track 1-Opening Spiritually-you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level meditative state, during which you will contemplate these key questions, individually: Are you willing to rise above the judgment of other human beings, realizing that they are also in the process of learning? Are you willing to forgive others-to let go of all the negativity of your past? Can you stop verbalizing any form of negativity? Can you rise above your expectations of other people?And while your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions, you will also hear the following impactful statement (among others): "You now become a spiritually oriented individual capable of rising above judgment, totally forgiving, and capable of unconditional love." You will then be encouraged to affirm this reality by visualizing yourself as having already accomplished your spiritual goals.Next, in track 2-"I Desire" Mantra-you will undergo another relaxation induction, this time to to invoke the unlimited power of the universe to support you in being all that you are capable of being. You will then repeat a powerful mantra to that effect over and over again. The meditation closes with an invitation to drift off to sleep or awaken immediately, filled with feelings of peace and harmony.
