" This self-published book suffices to pass time if nothing else is available, but I would not recommend the audiobook, for two reasons. First, because the story is so contrived and belabored, it's important to be able to skim, which you cannot do with an audiobook. Second, listening to the narrator is like nails on a chalkboard. What she lacks in talent, versatility, and character enrichment she makes up for in painful attempts to sound seductive, which comes out more like a stilted gooeyness, and is more distracting than anything else. The whole project reeks of this low-budget, low-quality, self-published trend that just can't end soon enough. "
