Ultimately the intersection of two cultures and four men who are community pillars opens larger questions about the collision of the old and new west. When the dead are buried and the ghosts finally die, each character is not the same. For they have lived each day of their life knowing that a murderer and his mark opens as many doors as it closes.

"I truly enjoyed listening to the audio version of Native Blood. I read the book right after it came out in print, and have read all of the Zeb books in Mark Reps' series. I'm not a reader who typically chooses to listen to an audio book (unless I have a long trip in the car!), and I've never listened to the audio version of a book I'd already read. But, when Native Blood came out in audio, I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The reader is excellent. His interpretation of the characters and dramatic scenes (as well as humorous ones) is fantastic. By listening, aspects of the story and characters that I missed the first time through as a reader came through. Very much worth the listen... can't wait for the rest of the books to be out in audio, too."
