About Mary E. Pearson

Mary E. Pearson is the author of a number of novels for teens, including A Room on Lorelei Street, David v. God, and Scribbler of Dreams. She writes full time from her home in Carlsbad, California, where she lives with her husband and two dogs.

About the Narrators

Ann Marie Lee is a seven-time winner of the AudioFile Earphones Award for narration. She is a Los Angeles–based actress with television credits that include ER, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Nip/Tuck. Her stage performances for Broadway National Tours and regional theater include Peter Pan, As You Like It, Heartbreak House, and The Cherry Orchard.

Julia Whelan is a novelist, screenwriter, lifelong actor, and multiple award-winning audiobook narrator. She graduated with a degree in English and creative writing from Middlebury College and Oxford University. She is a former child actor who has appeared in multiple films and television shows.
