Sebastian Bailey, PhD, is cofounder and president of Mind Gym, a training firm with offices around the world dedicated to teaching people how to use their minds more effectively to get more out of their work and lives. Ralph Lister is an actor, voice actor, and AudioFile Earphones Award–winning narrator. He spent fifteen years in London theater before moving to the United States to focus on film and television.
