He is the founder of the Accountability Movement, which is focused on building powerful communities filled with people and organizations that know their values, live their values, and keep their commitments. Silverstein has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Washington University. He is a past president of the National Speakers Association.
