“It moves along smartly and suspensefully, with insightful glimpses of White House life…It’s a gloriously cynical climax to an entertaining tale, and by itself could justify another book about Charlotte Kramer’s troubled White House. Wallace’s first two novels have been impressive.”

— Washington Post

" I imagine Nicolle Wallace having a great story outline and she has the ability to sprinkle it with Washington DC "insider" views but once again the full story execution was shallow and plodding. It is almost like she has a page goal and used a lot of fillers to meet the goal. "
