"As someone who loves Christian fiction and Historical Fiction, this book did not disappoint. Its my first book by the author and I was pleasantly surprised. The way she wove biblical truths with fiction is commendable. She really brought the characters to life. I loved the character of Job and his example of complete dedication to the will off God. In the midst of all the trails, he remained loyal to the God he served. His character and his nature also drew others to God. He lovingly nurtures Dinah and showed her compassion when everyone wanted to cast her away.I liked the way the author quoted scripture at the beginning of every chapter. It will make you want to pick your Bible and read more about the truth that the characters are based on. The book takes you on a journey of faith, forgiveness, love and loss with an inspiring plot. Its vividly told and the journey is an emotional one.I received an audio copy of this book. All opinions are mine."
