He is more adamant on all citizens taking his mark or facing immediate exicution. Now his workers who are followers of Christianity are now fleeing at all costs. "

" I love the topic which is why I read these books. The last days is fascinating to me and I thought the author did a fantastic job researching her storyline. Her footnotes alone make the series worth reading. The story was a bit too predictable for me and the characters a little fake. I was also surprised to see so many typos in this book which took away a lot of credibility reading. "

Frightening, frustrating, will leave you feeling grief stricken for those lost, sickened for the obscenity along the Via Delorosa and into the Holy of Holies, and at the same time full of hope knowing despite the carnage it will end triumphantly for those that gain faith. " Same problem here as with their other "Left Behind" books - characters who are essentially identical to each other because they are all goody-two-shoes, refusal to actually research what the Bible says, white-washing the holes in the plot and so on, and bad guys who are annoyingly stupid. "

" I thought this one was pretty good. A lot less recaps than book #2 (and most of them pretty useful if it had been awhile since you had read book #2), and the story moved along quite a bit. It leaves you with quite a cliff-hanger at the end, so prepare to move on to book #4 once you finish! "
