After a routine check-up following a suspected sprained ankle, further tests showed that she had cancer at just 25. In 2003, Leanne underwent surgery to remove her left leg. Despite the difficulties she faced, Leanne went on to appear on Jade's PA and starred in her own exercise DVD, Leanne's Chair Workout.
