His style is called Baptiste Power VinYasa Yoga, unfortunately when practicing in a large group, a 90 degree room turns into a 105 degree room or hotter. The person practicing may find it hard to focus on the poses, because a person may only focus on the heat towards the end of class, but the book and poster, helps anyone understand Yoga in general better and this books is about one form of Yoga, it will helps anyone understand Baptiste Power VinYasa Yoga and it is just worth reading."
