James Lake is a typical twelve-year-old kid—that is if you count “debunking” myths like the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, and Santa Claus as being typical. With his family’s move from Florida to Washington state, James is thrown into social chaos and finds himself hunting for Big Foot while trying to dodge the school bullies and keep himself off the endangered species list. Will James “debunk” the legend of Big Foot, or will he find that not all myths are so easily dismissed?
Join James and all the strange and interesting people he meets in his adventures. You’ll never think of Big Foot the same way again.

Neil F. Wilson loves to spend his nights sitting in an empty room snickering to himself while clacking away on the keyboard and deviously plotting out events to thrust his only friends—his characters—into. During the day he portrays a “normal” person by subjecting himself to the humdrum of a “real job” to maintain “social norms” thereby avoiding the notice of and apprehension by “the others.”
