Marlo Thomas is the author of several bestselling books, including Free to Be…You and Me, Thanks and Giving: All Year Long, and her memoir, Growing Up Laughing: My Story and the Story of Funny. She has won Emmys, a Golden Globe, a Grammy, and the Peabody Award, and has been inducted into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame. She lives in New York with her husband, Phil Donahue.
