"Third in the trilogy- clears up a lot of the story line introduced in book one and two. Nice love story but what I like most about Nora's books are her families. They have such close connections and alliances that make you want to be a better friend and family member in your inner circle. "

" I liked the series well enough, but its not a series that I would want to read again. The story was simple, not a lot of action.. just a little bit of romance to keep it going and in some areas very boring. The last book wrapped the main story but really by that point it was all that you wanted to find out about.. as everything else just like in book #2 was very predictable. "

" How could I skip a trilogy (which eventually became 4 books quite logically) set in my home state of Maryland? (It's Roberts' home as well). But what I really liked about this series was putting the primary focus on the men. Yes, the heroines get plenty of page time but it's about the brothers and as such, everything starts from their perspective -- a rarity in the romance genre. Even better, Roberts pulls it off, creating a believable male perspective, not men acting like women or doing and saying things the way women would want. If you like contemporary romance and/or Nora Roberts, this is a must read as it's definitely one of her better works. "

" Book three, Phillips story. Out of the three brothers he was hardest for me to relate too but well developed and his own man that's for sure. I'm kind of torn on bringing in the Aunt to Ray. One of the things I really liked was that up until this point none of the characters were actually blood related. However, when Seth remembered his aunt, that was a really great bit of writing so what can you do? I also want to make a list of all the wines mentioned in the books and give them a try! "
