"I read this book then realized I really wanted to take some notes on my way through. Now that I've finished it, I loaned it to a friend and we'll discuss it some more!! Good ideas on how to change my thinking. Also humorous, but you knew to expect that!"

" Heavy on the religious sermonizing (title should have tipped me off) and the infomercial aspect for a specific diet program but somewhat interesting and amusing. I recommend skipping the long parts with bible quotes and stories and gleaning what you can from the rest. "

" Mr. Davis is a funny guy. I met him personally at a comedy show at one of my friend's church in Raleigh, NC. He's a real, down to earth guy and is genuine. He talks more about his battle of losing weight. "
