About James Caplin
James Caplin completed his degree in English at Trinity College, Cambridge and soon discovered he could write corporate video scripts and achieved some success. In 1993, he led a successful movement to clean up the then drug-ridden area of Notting Hill in London and the experience motivated him to focus on improving his work life, culminating in his discovery of coaching. In 2008, Caplin gained credentials as a professional certified coach from the International Coach Foundation, one of only 74 coaches then at that level in the UK.
