"This is a really good book for anyone who wants to learn more about BPD for any reason. After reading this book, I felt as though I had at least a slightly better understanding of BPD. It gives straightforward information in a clear manner (in other words, in plain English) and gives case studies to bolster the information. A really good read that I highly recommend to anyone who wants or needs to know more about this disorder."
