“Aird’s delicious concoctions are never less than elegant and mischievously sharp; and she manipulated her often bizarre plots and people with confidence.”
— Times (London)“Full of poetical, biblical and Shakespearean references, this fun read delivers a denouement that finishes the game well under par. Nicely played.”
