Abundance is defined as the overflow of time, money, health, goodness, and grace in our lives.
So, as we begin this guided session make sure you are comfortable, in a quiet space, where it's unlikely you will be disturbed and where you can completely immerse yourself in this meditation.
And once you are feeling ready begin by taking a deep breath in, filling your lungs and your belly.
And then exhale and breathe all the way out.
