Giang Hồ Sài Gòn is a booklet written about the characters and gangs of Sài Gòn once before 1975. The author, a former student who fought in the student liberation movement, was imprisoned twice by the old regime, imprisoned at Chi Hoa and Con Dao prisons. During the time of full imprisonment under the Thieu regime, the author had many occasions locked up with his brothers and sisters in the wandering village of Saigon. After the liberation, the author used to be Deputy Editor-in-chief of the Police Newspaper of Ho Chi Minh City. The main thing that allows the author to have more authentic material to write the story of the Wanderer Saigon and the surplus parties. Giang Ho Sai Gon is not only a nomadic story but also a story about how people deal with people, the rebellion of people who do not know what to do, love stories about teammates and many other things.
