About Jack Webb

Jack Webb (1920–1982) was an American actor, television producer, director, and screenwriter. He was also the founder of his own production company, Mark VII Limited. He first achieved success in the entertainment industry playing the title character in the radio show Pat Novak, Private Eye. His greatest success, however, came from the beloved show Dragnet, which ran for many years on both radio and television.
