" I actually listened to the audiobook, which was read by Alex Kingston. It was really good, an easy listen which was good for my drive. "

" While I love Doctor Who stories, it was really annoying for her to spend most of the story going on about how perfect she was. "

" I was hoping that the book would also contain the part of the story with the Doctor, Amy, and Rory (as a sort of read-along to the episode), but it was nonetheless amusing, written in perfect River-style. "

" This was a really cool read. It gave insight to what River was up to before she ran into Rory in The Angels Take Manhattan. The author really seemed to capture River's personality and sassiness. "

" The book as a stand-alone is well-written but too short (not advertised as a novella). I was expecting a tie-in to the episode and was disappointed. "

" I expected it to be closer to what we saw during "Angels Take Manhattan". Its not a bad story, but very short and outside of the Angels, other than a few hints about time and Doctors with a capital D, there are no Doctor Who elements in the story. "

" The Doctor Who supplemental novella was exactly what I wanted. It was a quick read, and followed along like I was watching an episode of the show. It was slightly campy, very much predictable, but also enjoyable. It was an entertaining read, and I enjoyed getting a story from the mind of River Song. "

" I enjoyed River as the narrator of the story. I'm a little confused as to how the angel worked, because it seems different from Doctor Who episodes. A great short story! "
