Publisher Description

I'm 36 years of age; handsome and fit. I'm not as tall as I'd like to be, nor am I rippling with chest-muscles. But I reckon I'm a dead ringer for Hugh Grant.

After years spent with 'the dreaded Laura' Ben is finally free! A new divorcee he can't wait to get back in the game and sets about writing a list of all the things he has to do:

¢ NOT sign up to the gym. (He's fit enough anyway).

¢ Smoke cigars - they're much more sophisticated than cigarettes.

¢ NOT contact Laura and that includes hiding in the bushes to spy on her.

¢ Play the field!

As Ben enters the world of singledom with his sidekick Dickie Manse (brains-in-his-pants), Ben finds himself on a whole new adventure and has plenty of fun along the way

" That was the biggest load of crap of I have read. I can't believe I paid good money for that GARBAGE. Not the best from Josephine Cox. I hope the next one of hers I read will be a hell of a lot better, otherwise, I can see myself not going back to any of her novels. And I do like them. "

" Didn't enjoy this book. Very fast-paced, felt like i was rushing along, really not an enjoyable read for me. I like her other books. This left me disappointed. "

" Awful! If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The stories aren't that funny and the main character comes across as a complete idiot. "

" This was a very poor book and I couldn't wait to finish it. The story from start to finish was silly. I was very disappointed as the first book I ever read by this author, Blood Brothers kept me gripped from start to finish so I expected more. Sadly, it wasn't to be. "

" This missed the mark for me - I was expecting something a lot wittier but Ben is just a jerk, the humour mostly falls flat. The book description doesn't quite fit either. "
